Hello Knights and Serjeants,
Just a quick update on progress - 708 orders have now been shipped with tracking details emailed out through Backerkit.
We have 41 left to go out tomorrow and Thursday, predominantly headed to Poland and the Republic of Ireland with some United Kingdom as well. We've also had several returns from the Republic of Ireland that we're in the process of resolving.
As previously, you can check your order status through Backerkit, if you think it's gone astray please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to sort everything out for you.

Just a quick one from us today to let you know we're still in the process of shipping out packages. It's proving to be a hectic summer, but we're still keeping things moving.
If you're concerned about your order you can check its status via Backerkit. If it shows that your order has shipped but you haven't received it, please get in touch with us. If it hasn't been fulfilled yet, please be patient with us, we haven't forgotten about you and are doing everything we can to get the game to you.
Update 10: We're Half Way There (Woah-oh)

Hello Knights and Sergeants,
We've hit a major milestone in the fulfilment process - over 400 orders have gone out the door so far. If your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number from Royal Mail via the email address you provided us and your Backerkit account. Please be patient as this may take a little while to come through.
Our aim is to get another batch of 200 orders packed up and out the door on Friday. After then we may have to wait a week to ensure all our EU customers are receiving their parcels okay, before completing our last shipments by July 27th.
Greek and Polish customers please note that we're holding your orders for a couple of weeks due to changes in EU customs charges. We'll keep anyone affected up to date with how things are progressing. We're sorry for the delay but we want to ensure you don't get stung with any additional charges.
We're also hugely grateful for all your feedback, we're taking this on board and will make sure it's taken into consideration for all future projects.
Update 9: Fulfillment Begins

Hello Knights and Serjeants!
Exciting news from us here at Footsore today! The first pallet of core games has arrived at our warehouse, so we can begin shipping them out to you.
UK orders will begin shipping towards the end of this week. EU, US and RoW orders will begin shipping next week.
EU customers need not worry about regulation changes on July 1st, we'll be taking care of everything for you at our end. No nasty surprises.
Update 8: In Production

Hello Knights and Serjeants!
Production has well and truly started, and components are being created as we speak! Footsore Miniatures operations manager Rich was able to get a look inside the printer's manufacturing facility and snap some pictures of box fronts coming off the line.
Once all the components are produced, we'll begin collating them all together and then we'll start shipping. At the moment it looks like that will be in the first week of July.
We really appreciate your patience with the Backerkit, it looks like pretty much all of you have completed your surveys, so there shouldn't be any delays getting your order in the post once it's been made.
